6.1 Project Timeline: Estimated timelines will be provided in your project proposal. These are estimates and may vary based on various factors.

6.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, material shortages, or pandemics.

6.3 Client-Caused Delays: Delays caused by client unavailability, delayed approvals, or payment delays may extend the project timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Design Rights: All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Gunmala Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

7.2 Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gunmala Interiors' liability is limited to the value of the project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to resolve through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
